Can I practice yoga spiritually?

As a Catholic, I asked myself the same question. My answer is not only an enthusiastic yes, but so much more.

You've heard the feedback.

Christians, Catholics, etc. saying yoga leads you away from whatever faith tradition you are in. You may have even heard of Christians trying to "baptize yoga."

I believe in the divine middle ground. A place to honor your faith tradition and the historical lineage of yoga in South Asia. Practicing yoga for me is intrinsically interfaith.

That's why I started Bethel Yogi.
